Soltown is a competitive A Cappella ensemble from Germantown, Wisconsin, representing Germantown High School in vocal excellence.
This is not a boastful statement, but rather a comment on the fact that in music theory, "Sol" is the 5th scale degree which is given the name "Dominant" based on the hierarchy of pitches in the Ionic Mode.
